৬. পাসপোর্ট, ভিসা এবং ভ্রমণ নথিপত্র
ভ্রমণকারীর নিজ দায়িত্বে গন্তব্যের জন্য বৈধ পাসপোর্ট, প্রয়োজনীয় ভিসা এবং স্বাস্থ্য/ভ্রমণ সংক্রান্ত সঠিক নথিপত্র নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। ভুল নথিপত্রের কারণে যদি কোনো যাত্রীকে ফ্লাইটে উঠতে দেওয়া না হয় বা গন্তব্যে প্রবেশ করতে না দেওয়া হয়, তবে তার জন্য FlyGate BD দায়ী থাকবে না।
৭. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা
